Arjun has had over 15 years experience in the restaurant and delivery sector within the UK. He co-founded the Vama Group and has had first hand experience in setting up restaurants, delivery kitchens and production units nationally in the UK. He did his BCom (Hons) in India, and his BBA and MBA in London. A wealth of management, operational and property experience is in the forefront of his contribution to V8G.
Andy brings the experience of an accomplished and passionate chef to Bombay Bicycle. He has run several successful restaurants in India and is a television celebrity chef. He oversees the Food and Business Development for all V8 Gourmet’s businesses and ensures that quality standards are maintained on a consistent basis.
Maurice an operations and delivery expert, started his career in the City as Money Market Trader and later founded the famous Moe’s Pizza in 1992 before selling it to the Burger King franchise. He joined Domino’s Pizza in 2002 as Head of Business Development responsible for an extensive roll out. He has had several contracts with some of the UK’s leading Food Service and Restaurant Companies and has advised businesses on areas covering Operations, Real Estate, Franchising and Marketing. Currently, Maurice is overseeing a major expansion plan for Bombay Bicycle.
Vishal has been instrumental is launching Bombay Bicycle. Having completed his hotel management degree in India, Vishal trained as a chef at the Taj President Hotel, Mumbai. He has extensive international experience, which has proved invaluable to Bombay Bicycle and all the food and restaurant brands within V8 Gourmet.
Esther brings a wealth of experience with her including a three year stint with Domino's Pizza where amongst other roles, she was in charge of training all new franchisees and ensuring they were familiar with all aspects of the operation.
Kunal started his career at the Hyatt Regency, New Delhi in the TK's Restaurant Kitchen where he worked for two years before coming to London. He subsequently worked in the Grange City Hotel, before moving to the Jumeriah Carlton Tower Hotel in Knightsbridge. After a three year stint there, he joined V8 Gourmet. Kunal, a highly expert Indian chef, ensures that cooking standards are maintained throughout all units of the V8 restaurant brands along with training chefs and overseeing kitchen procedures and quality control.
Jerome worked in South Africa as a Manager of a Meat Wholesale before moving to America for a year in 2004 and working for a theme park as Manager of the Catering Department. In 2005, he came to London and joined Bombay Bicycle Club as Manager of the Islington site. After joining V8 Gourmet, in 2009 Jerome was appointed Operations Manager Bombay Bicycle. |
